Yes—through audited partners: anodize (Type II/III), chem-film, passivation (ASTM A967), black oxide, zincnickel, electroless nickel, powder coat, paint, chrome, silver/cadmium (restricted), phosphate, shot peen; heat treat (vacuum, precipitation hardening, nitriding), and NDT (MPI, FPI) with certs.
Yes. We machine and gauge UN/UNF, Metric, STI/helicoil, NPT/NPTF, UNC/UNF class 2A/3A, and precision bores with H7/H8 fits. Splines/gears via partners per AGMA/ANSI with inspection records.
Quality, Compliance & Documentation
Our QMS aligns with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D principles. We provide FAI/PPAP, Certificates of Conformance, raw-material traceability (mill certs), calibration records, and lot-level serialization when specified.
Yes—AMT processes ITAR-controlled work under documented controls. We safeguard CUI and export-controlled technical data with access controls, encryption, vetted suppliers, and need-to-know handling. Secure portals and on-prem procedures are available for sensitive programs.
Yes. We source DFARS-compliant material upon request and flow down REACH/RoHS requirements to special-process partners. Substances of concern are disclosed and controlled per contract.
Yes. We support AS9102 FAIRs and automotive PPAP levels, including control plans, MSA/GRR (when required), and ballooned drawings.
CMM with probing and scanning routines, optical/vision inspection, calibrated hand tools, and gage management. We provide full reports and feature-by-feature data on request.
Engineering Support
Yes. We offer DFM feedback at quote and prior to production to reduce cost, risk, and lead time. We can suggest radius/fillet changes, standardize hole and thread callouts, adjust tolerances, and recommend materials/finishes to meet functional requirements.
We accept STEP (.stp/.step), IGES (.igs/.iges), DXF, Parasolid (.x_t/.x_b), SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, CATIA, Solid Edge, NX, Creo, FreeCAD, TurboCAD, Rhino and more. For drawings: PDF. Provide a single source of truth for dimensions and tolerances.
Yes. We can digitize, measure, and recreate geometry, generate drawings/CAD, and produce replacements. For regulated parts, customer authorization and export compliance apply.
Purchasing, Logistics & After-Sales
We support prototypes (1–5 pcs) through production runs. MOQs vary by setup complexity and special processing.
Protective packaging per part geometry (VPCI, desiccant, foam, caps). Aerospace packaging per MIL-STD-2073 upon request. We ship via UPS/FedEx/LTL with tracking; international shipments use the customer’s broker terms.
Yes. We can kit line items, label per BOM, and ship to multiple destinations with serial/lot tracking.
We support blanket orders with scheduled releases, kanban, and safety-stock programs to stabilize lead times and pricing.
Standard terms are offered to approved customers. Deposits may apply for custom material or specialized tooling. We accept ACH/checks, Zelle, PayPal, credit cards, and corporate cards.
Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Tooling
Brake/axle protectors, actuators, adaptors, stands, fixtures, lifting/handling aids, shipping/transport containers, and engine tooling components per OEM or customer drawings.
Often, yes. With customer-provided drawings or samples, we can build form-fit-function equivalents and improve maintainability (e.g., standardized hardware, improved protective coatings).
Yes. We can serialize, engrave, and tag per SAE AS478 and customer SOPs, including barcode/QR and cage-code markings.
Security & Data Handling
CUI is stored and transmitted under access control, encryption, and auditing. We follow documented procedures aligned with NIST SP 800-171 practices where applicable and restrict third-party access.
We apply CAM optimization and inspection analytics; we do not feed sensitive customer IP into public AI tools. Any AI-assisted steps run behind safeguards with no cross-customer data exposure.
Environmental, Safety & Sustainability
We segregate chips, recycle coolants where feasible, and select low-VOC finishes when specified. Conflict-minerals (3TG) and REACH SVHC disclosures are available upon request.
Documented EHS procedures, PPE, machine guarding, and lockout/tagout. Vendor safety requirements are flowed down for onsite services.
